IAN McCUAIG

An ardent philanthropist with a passion for real estate and architecture, Ian McCuaig brings calm and clarity to the often stressful world of buying and selling in San Francisco. He does this with an unwavering determination wherein his goals align with those of his clients, ensuring not only successful outcomes but best-in-class experiences that are engaging, enjoyable, and founded on trust.

Forever implementing a people-first approach and driven by a refined process, he uses a skill set emanating from a career devoted to philanthropy and nonprofit organizations where he’s held senior positions in diverse organizations like Goodwill Industries, On Lok, and Chinese Hospital. Proving that the two careers can be complementary, he is currently working on a fundraising project at The Castro Theatre that involves improvements to real property.

An active member of his community, he also serves as Chair of Asia-Pacific Affairs at the Commonwealth Club. And, when he isn’t busy helping clients achieve their dreams you can find him working out, volunteering with community service, hiking, open-water swimming, or reading a good book.
